SRYPM Foundation collects personal information only where reasonably necessary to operate its programmes, registrations, pledge and certificate services, volunteer administration, school participation and communications.
Information we may collect
Name, age group, institution, location, contact details and programme-related information supplied through forms. We aim to minimise collection, particularly for children and students.
Children and students
Where a programme involves minors, participating institutions/coordinators are responsible for obtaining any consent or authorization required for participation. SRYPM Foundation should not be provided unnecessary sensitive information about children.
Use of information
Information may be used for registration, programme administration, certificates, verification, communications, reporting and safeguarding. We do not sell personal information.
Public verification
Certificate verification is designed to disclose only the minimum information necessary to confirm authenticity. Administrative records are not intended to be public.
Retention and requests
